Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
You choose monthly, quarterly or yearly billing, starting on the date you sign up. Charges continue automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.
Is there a trial?
We have stopped offering free trials. Too many people were subscribing for two weeks, pulling our data and cancelling. You can still subscribe at any time, your subscription just starts straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. The subscription price listed on our site is the only amount you will be billed.
All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
Refund & Dispute Policy
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, unused time, or downgrade credits. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team first. Stripe chargebacks are only appropriate if we fail to deliver the subscription you purchased. Filing false or fraudulent disputes may result in termination of your account.
